Village Elementary School Replacement Process for Student IDs

As per school guidelines, all students and staff must visibly wear their IDs on the school authorized lanyard at designated times in the building and on school grounds. In case your student needs a replacement, here are the steps to follow:
Replacement Process:

Request a Replacement: Parents can request a replacement card by completing the Village Elementary School Student ID/Lanyard Replacement Request Form. By submitting this form you agree to be charged for the new item, even if you later find the lost item, so kindly do your due diligence to search for and locate your missing ID/Lanyard before submission.

Replacement Fee: The replacement fee of $5 will be generated in Genesis and must be paid before receiving a replacement.

Processing Time: Please allow 1-2 school days after submission & payment is complete to receive replacement.
