Ms. Lacy - Principal (slacy@mtsd.us)

Ms. Lacy is proud to be the Principal at VES, home of Blazer the Bluebird, and has served in this role since 2003. She began her career in Montgomery as the VES Assistant Principal in 2000. Ms. Lacy has also served as a teacher and supervisor in other districts and had a career in Marketing before coming to Montgomery. She enjoys reading, traveling and spending time with her family.  Ms. Lacy is excited about creating an inclusive and caring community of learners and leaders who will make a positive impact in our global society.

 

 

Mrs. Glover - Assistant Principal (jglover@mtsd.us)

Mrs. Glover began her career as a 4th and 6th grade teacher in Lawrence Township. After completing her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership at The College of New Jersey, she has become well known to families and staff in the Montgomery Township School District community, having served as the K-4 Math/Science Supervisor for nine years. During that time, she became a Lead Administrator for the State of New Jersey through Lead in Science LLC. She was a supporting force in the rejuvenation of the VES Bluebird garden with the help of Mrs. Dunham and Ms. Damato. Through her practice, she encouraged the use of games to boost instruction and deeper questioning throughout the elementary grades. She is highly respected for her expertise as a motivating and collaborative instructional leader.

Outside of VES, Mrs. Glover enjoys going on adventures with her family, traveling across the country, and discovering new places. She and her family enjoy being active, attending or participating in multiple sporting events year-round. When she does get time at home you can find her starting a new DIY project, gardening, reading, or playing games with her children.
